Ease of Doing Business

The DoT has moved a cabinet note seeking approval on its two proposals. One relates to the restructuring of the deferred payment liability for spectrum into more number of installments for improving cash flow for the telcos, and the other relates to revising the spectrum cap to 35 pc from the present 25 pc.
