Danish IT firm Columbus to double India head count

Danish IT services firm Columbus said that it plans to more than double its headcount in India by 2020. The company currently has over 300 employees in Hyderabad, which would grow to over 500 by 2020, Kapil Mishra, managing director, Columbus India told ET.

Columbus has just set up a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Pune which would add over a 100 people to its total headcount this year. “India is the largest single location for Columbus. We have 2000 people globally across 17 countries, and we enable most of our customers on their digitalization initiatives using India as a key base,” he said.
