BSNL corruption

For its web filters and anti-spam solutions scam, BSNL rejected bids submitted by CCS Computers Pvt Ltd and Tech Mahindra, and selected a sole bidder for financial bid opening. This has resulted in substantial financial loss to BSNL and gain to a private company Vayam Technologies Ltd, promoted by one Ashok Tiwari, who is apparently very close to the top management of BSNL.
