BSNL Battery Scam

Infrastructure Providers (IP) like Idea Cellular buys batteries at half the rates of BSNL. This is revealed when one compares the agreement it has signed with BSNL (scan-1) and the Purchase Orders BSNL has released on Exide (scan-2) and HBL (scan-3) for purchase of batteries.
