Sunil Bharti Mittal, chairman, Bharti Enterprises used the Indian Mobile Congress platform to demand nationalization of optical fiber cable laid across India by the private telecom companies and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL). It is an annual event organized by the DoT and COAI.
