Apple launches second generation AirPods with Siri support at Rs 14,900

Apple has launched the second generation AirPods with Siri voice assistant support in India at a price of Rs 14,900. The new Airpods will be available in the country “later this spring”. There is another variant of the new Apple AirPods with a Wireless Charging Case priced at Rs 18,900. There is also the option to buy the Wireless Charging Case at Rs 7,500 separately. You can buy a new Wireless Charging Case to use with the old AirPods.
The second generation of AirPods looks exactly similar to the old ones. And it is available only in White colour option. The new Apple AirPods is powered by the new H1 chip which offers faster wireless connectivity and better battery life. Also, for the first time, AirPods will support hands free “Hey Siri” support. This makes it easier to change songs, make a call, adjust the volume or get directions simply by saying, “Hey Siri.”
The new Apple-designed H1 chip features custom audio architecture to deliver better audio experience and improved synchronization.
