Amazon Kindle with adjustable front light launched at Rs 7,999

Amazon has launched a new model of the Kindle e-reader with adjustable front light at a price of Rs 7,999. Amazon boasts that with the new Kindle, you can read more comfortably whether indoors at night or outside in the sun. The all-new Kindle also the latest electronic ink technology for better contrast. The all-new Kindle also uses capacitive touch to prevent accidental swipes on the 6-inch, 167 ppi display. The device comes in Black and White colour options and is available for pre-order starting March 20 today at Amazon.in website.
As far of the launch offer, those who pre-order the device on or before April 9 will get their first eBook free. They will also get a two-year Device Total protection plan worth Rs 1,199 for free. The device will start shipping starting April 10. Buyers can also can purchase a cover for the all-new Kindle at Rs 1,499. Colour options include charcoal black, sandstone white, cobalt blue, and punch red.
